CARES Act Provider Relief Fund: Have you applied?

HHS has once again extended the deadline for Medicaid and CHIP providers to apply for the CARES Act Provider Relief Fund (PRF) to FRIDAY, AUGUST 28.

All Medicaid and CHIP providers are encouraged to apply, even if you think you may not qualify under the current requirements. You may still qualify or qualify at a later date.  We understand that the application process for the PRF has not been without its challenges. Per our sources there is an extremely low application rate, which is why the deadline has been extended more than once. However, we still urge you to proceed with an application because many issues related to this funding and its availability are still being addressed.
