LDH to Hold Public Forum on SUD 1115 Waiver Renewal

On Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 2-3pm CT, the Louisiana Department of Health will hold a public forum to allow the public an opportunity to provide comment on the progress of the Healthy Louisiana SUD 1115 Demonstration Waiver. The public forum will be held via internet (Zoom link); however, should you be unable to attend the Public Forum, you may still submit comments.
