New DOJ Fact Sheet on Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program

The BJA recently released a fact sheet around the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) program, first authorized in 1994 to support States in providing residential and after care services to help justice-involved adults with SUD services. In FY 2022, Congress allocated $34.9M to this program.
