Updated: Aug 14, 2020

Use of telehealth for service delivery has increased during the pandemic.  The Office of Behavioral Health is requesting SUD providers complete the survey below on telehealth services to increase understanding of SUD providers’ perspectives of telehealth as a service delivery platform.   The South-Southwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) at the University of Texas-Austin is conducting the study in collaboration with the Great Lakes ATTC at the University of Wisconsin.  Please complete the brief survey regarding: ·     how telehealth is being used during the evolving pandemic,  ·     its benefits,   ·     its problems, and  ·     projected use after the pandemic.  Inclusion of your organization’s name is voluntary.  If you wish to complete the survey anonymously, leave the organization name field blank. Multiple persons from the same organization may complete the survey.  To receive a copy of the survey results for your region, please provide your email at the end of the survey.

The University of Wisconsin Institutional Review Board has approved the survey.  Please contact Todd Molfenter at todd.molfenter@wisc.edu if you have any questions about the survey.
