Biden Administration Releases FY2022 Planned Regulatory Actions

The Biden Administration's Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions has been released. The Unified Agenda the actions that administration agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), plan to issue in 2022. HHS is planning FY2022 regulatory actions related to telehealth, mental health and addiction parity, take-home methadone flexibilities, and privacy of substance use disorder records.
