RFI Issued for Early Childhood Supports and Services (ECSS)

LDH (11/9) –– LDH has issued a request for information (RFI) from qualified companies, individuals, etc. who show a demonstrated capacity to provide state-level coordination, administration, and management of the ECSS program.
